Pin Grading

Pins are handmade and thus, not perfect. Some flaws are possible and include the following: Missing enamel, low filled enamel, scratches and chips on the enamel or metal, pin pricks, imperfect screen printing.

I do not consider flaws on the back of pins when determining grades, with the exception of extremely loose pin posts.

Best Grade: The highest quality pins with almost none to very, very minimal flaws. 

Slightly Flawed Grade: May have a slightly more noticeable flaw that is limited to 1 flaw. The flaws on this grade will not take away from the beauty of the pin.

Flawed Grade: More noticeable flaws that are limited to 2-3 defects. 

 

Shipping 

Pins will be ship once all pins are available in hand. 

International orders will be held until all pins are available to save on shipping costs.

$4 Shipping with Tracking for U.S. Customers

$15 Shipping with Tracking for International Customers

All items are shipped via USPS. After an order ships, it is the responsibility of USPS and I cannot control if it is lost or damaged in shipment. (I wish I could though!)

Pins will only be mailed to the original purchaser.

Please email me ASAP if you have an address change. In-hand pins are prepped for shipment within three days of purchase.

 

Shipping - UK

UK buyers, please visit our Etsy shop for your order.

You may purchase from this website, but please note you will be responsible for all VAT charges.

If the VAT is more than what the store charged, you will be responsible for sending the remaining VAT via PayPal before I ship your pin.

 

Presale Information

By buying a presale pin, you are acknowledging that the pin is in production and will not be available to ship for 2-6 months or more.

It is possible that design elements may be changed during production. I will try my best to avoid this, but will alert buyers via Instagram if changes are needed.

 

Refunds

Buyers have 30 days after the shipping date to request a refund. The order will not be refunded until the item(s) have been received by us.

All other refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.


Exchanges 

If you are unhappy with your pin, I am happy to work with you on an exchange of equal grade. Exchanges are not possible on sold out designs.
